Job Function:
Liaison between customers and the Team
Work with Managers on day to day operation of the business and customer satisfaction
Provide superior customer service to not only customers/clients but also to contractors, suppliers and the general public
Data entry, collection and organization of business as required.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Answer customer phone calls/emails/webmail regarding services offered, service/sales estimates and scheduling
Provide customers with quotes for repair to equipment from sales/service/maintenance department.
Maintain customer database (address, phone number, email, updating info as received)
Review work orders for accuracy and enter into customer database
Warranty registration on new equipment
Receive customer payments via walk ins and process credit card/check/cash/online payments brought in by tech/comfort advisors
May be asked to assist with reconciliation of bank deposits/daily logs – batching, AR and AP.
Ensure accuracy of work from technicians/Sales with AR
General office duties including preparing progress reports data entry and filing
All other Duties as required
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Possess an attitude of professionalism, quality workmanship and teamwork.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Certificate in Office Administration or equivalent
- QuickBooks knowledge and understanding required
- Sales knowledge/background preferred
Work schedule may include evenings and is on a rotation of every other Saturday.
Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour**
