Job Summary

Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring quality standards are met
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly as per standard recipes
- Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and provide change accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar area, and service stations throughout shifts
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service operations
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies in compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of drink recipes, wine service, and bar equipment is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail for order accuracy and presentation standards
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential
