ServiceMaster Restore specializes in professional restoration services following residential & commercial disasters such as fires and flooding situations, natural disasters and acts of vandalism. ServiceMaster Restore provides 24/7/365 emergency service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the General Manager/President, the Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project including obtaining quotes from sub- trades, budgets, final repair estimates, obtaining building permits, construction schedules and emergency management. The PM will work with in-house technicians and external sub-trades to ensure project restoration is executed in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining integrity of estimate and Client Service Level Agreements. The PM will work closely with the organization to ensure the feasibility and costing of projects are within company targets.
This position requires participation in "on-call" rotations. Working outside normal hours is occasionally required to deal with emergencies.
A Valid driver’s license and negative criminal check are mandatory.
Education / Certification / Training Requirements:
- Completion of a Construction, Building Technology Diploma or Engineering Degree
- IICRC Certifications are considered an asset
Work Experience Requirements:
Minimum three (3) years of work experience in insurance restoration and /or construction estimating/project management
Technical Requirements:
Equipment: Office equipment (copiers, scanners, printers, faxes, smart phone, tablet, etc.)
Software: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), Encircle, Xactimate, Xactanalysis.
