Automaxx Superstore is seeking a Service Advisor/Receptionist.
As a Junior Service Advisor, you will be the face of our service department. You will handle communication with service customers in person, email and via phone and text.
Your Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and emails
- Schedule service appointments
- Process customer payments
- Assist service manager
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Sell recommended work on customer vehicles
- Order and input parts
Required Skills:
- Automotive service advising experience a definite asset
- Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Honesty and reliability
- Independent and responsible
- PBS experience is a valuable asset
- Solid computer skills
- Ability to do the above in a friendly and professional manner
Work Remotely

Pay: $17.00-$23.00 per hour
