We are seeking an exceptional Executive Coordinator to work directly with senior leadership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

What You'll Be Doing
Executive Support & Coordination
- Research information and summarize findings.
- Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, projects, and follow-up activities.
- Prepare briefing materials for senior leadership.
- Assist with document preparation and file organization.
- Follow up on outstanding items and help ensure projects continue moving forward.
Research & Special Projects
- Gather information from multiple sources and prepare concise summaries.
- Assist with special projects and organizational initiatives.
- Learn to review contracts, policies, and business documents.
- Use AI tools to research information, summarize documents, improve workflows, and enhance productivity.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and organizational efficiency.
You'll quickly become involved in a wide variety of projects and initiatives. Flexibility, curiosity, and a willingness to take on new challenges are essential to success in this role. Success in this role comes from continuously learning, exercising sound judgment, and making the people around you more effective.
Qualifications

You may be an Executive Assistant, Legal Assistant, Project Coordinator, Office Administrator, Business graduate, Administrative Professional, or someone with another background that has prepared you for this opportunity.

- A valid driver's licence.
Experience with Microsoft Office, AI productivity tools, project coordination, legal or contract administration, or healthcare administration is considered an asset but is not required.
