RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Review the scope of work
- Complete repairs to all flat roof systems
- Locate and repair leaks on flat roofs
- Working with various sheet metal applications
- Follow all Foran’s Roofing safety procedures.
- Promote Foran’s Roofing image through sound and ethical business practices when dealing with customers.
- Ensure that customers' expectations are being met and maintain goodwill for future business.
Qualifications
- Problem solving skills
- Proficient in using hand tools and performing heavy lifting tasks
- Roofing experience (Coatings, EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod-Bit, BUR cold and hot applied)
- Metal experience an asset
- Hot air welding an asset
- Familiarity with roofing systems and techniques
- Working at Heights
- Driving license with clean abstract
- Proficient communication skills, with customers and coworkers
- Proficient with mobile apps
- Willingness to learn
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$65.00 per hour
