Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled labourer with several years of renovation or construction experience who can also assist with product pick-ups and deliveries. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on job sites with tools in hand, while also handling the logistical side of ensuring materials get where they need to be.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform skilled labour tasks on-site, including demolition, prep work, installations, and finishing
- Support lead renovators with plumbing, tile, carpentry, and fixture installation
- Pick up and deliver renovation materials and fixtures when required
- Ensure timely, safe transport of materials to job sites and clients’ homes
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle
- Proactively identify issues and assist in problem solving to keep projects on track
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on renovation, carpentry, plumbing, or construction experience
- Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Skilled with hand tools and power tools; ability to follow technical instructions
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and installing heavy materials
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication and time-management skills
