Autobody Shop Labourer / Shop Assistant
We are looking for a motivated and reliable team member to join our busy autobody shop. This is a hands-on position with opportunities to learn and grow within the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and sweeping shop areas
- Removing garbage and maintaining a clean work environment
- Dismantling vehicles for repair and parts removal
- Assisting with vehicle assembly and reassembly
- Organizing and maintaining the parts storage area
- Supporting technicians with general shop duties
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to perform physical work and lift automotive parts
- Reliable and punctual
- Attention to detail and organization skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Automotive or autobody experience is an asset but not required
