APPOINTMENT SETTER / FITNESS SALES REPRESENTATIVE
EA Fitness – Laval, QC
EA Fitness is growing and we’re looking for a hungry, energetic and highly personable individual to join our sales and client-success team.
This is not a traditional receptionist position.
Your job is simple:
Talk to people who have already shown interest in EA Fitness, build rapport, understand what they want, and get them booked for a consultation with our team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Calling and texting new leads
- Following up with people who requested information
- Booking consultations
- Confirming appointments
- Following up with no-shows and old leads
- Re-activating former EA Fitness clients
- Keeping our CRM organized and up to date
- Helping prospects feel comfortable before they walk through our doors
- Occasionally helping with member communication and front-desk needs
What We’re Looking For
You do not need years of sales experience.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is confident speaking on the phone
- Has great energy and communication skills
- Isn’t afraid to follow up multiple times
- Is competitive and motivated by targets
- Is reliable and organized
- Takes coaching well
- Is comfortable speaking both French and English
- Enjoys fitness and helping people
- Wants the opportunity to earn more based on performance
You need to be comfortable hearing “no” and calling the next person with the same energy.
Compensation
$16.60-20/hour + performance bonuses
Additional earning opportunities based on:
- Consultations booked and attended
- Sales generated
- Monthly performance targets
The better you perform, the more you can earn.
