Tourlas Lawn & Landscaping is a growing company focused on quality landscape construction and maintenance. We’re looking for an experienced crew member who takes pride in precision work and can operate at a high level.
This is not an entry-level position — we’re looking for someone who already knows how to build properly and efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, and driveways
- Working with materials like pavers, natural stone, concrete, and wood
- Site prep: excavation, grading, base prep, compaction
- Building decks, steps, and other outdoor features
- Installing planting, sod, and finishing details
- Operating equipment (skid steer, mini excavator, plate tamper, saws)
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years landscape construction / hardscape experience (required)
- Ability to produce clean, level, tight installs
- Comfortable running equipment and working efficiently
- Strong attention to detail — especially in base prep and final finish
- Reliable, punctual, and works well with a crew
- Valid driver’s license

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Pay: $25.00-$33.35 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
