Part-Time Clubhouse Steward

St. Charles Country Club is currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as Part-Time Clubhouse Steward (approximately 2-4 shifts per week). We are currently hiring for the role female Steward to work in the Clubhouse and locker rooms.
Position Overview:
As a Clubhouse Steward, you will play an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall guest experience at our club. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and interacting with people in a professional setting.
Weekend availability is mandatory for this position. Shifts may start as early as 6am and finish as late as 11pm. Cleaning, special event, and customer service experience considered an asset, but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning and general maintenance duties throughout the clubhouse
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
- Assist with event setup and takedown
- Support maintenance of on-course facilities
Qualifications:
- Responsible and dependable
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Access to reliable transportation
