Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service.
- Strong knowledge of mixology principles with the ability to keep up with a busy service bar
- Present food and beverage options with expertise, making recommendations tailored to guests' preferences.
- Maintain an impeccably organized and well-stocked dining area to ensure a seamless flow of service.
- Uphold the restaurant's high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and ambiance.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Monitor guests' needs and respond promptly and courteously.
- Knowledge of OpenTable and Silverware would be considered an asset
Qualifications:
- Previous fine dining or high-end restaurant experience is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- A strong understanding of food and beverage pairings, and a passion for culinary excellence.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
