Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and maintained to the highest standards. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and an eye for detail, as you will be working directly with clients to enhance their vehicle's appearance.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and buffing exteriors.
- Vacuum and shampoo interiors, ensuring all surfaces are cleaned and sanitized.
- Apply protective coatings and treatments to surfaces as needed.
- Inspect vehicles for any damage or issues that may need attention.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and adhere to safety protocols.
- Assist in other janitorial or custodial tasks as required.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in car washing and detailing techniques.
- Proficiency in buffing and polishing vehicles to achieve a high-quality finish.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and their appropriate applications.
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred.
