Special Occasion Tent Rentals is looking for hardworking, reliable team members to help build weddings, festivals, corporate events, sporting events, and community celebrations across Central Ontario.
No two days are the same. One day you may be building a waterfront wedding, the next you're installing a festival, luxury event, or corporate function.
This is a physically demanding, rewarding career where you'll work with an experienced team, learn valuable construction and rigging skills, and help create unforgettable experiences.
What You'll Do
- Install and dismantle tents of all sizes
- Load and unload trucks and trailers
- Set up tables, chairs, staging, dance floors, lighting, and event equipment
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Drive company trucks (for qualified drivers)
- Work with forklifts, telehandlers, and other equipment (training provided)
- Deliver exceptional service to our clients
- Work safely while representing our company professionally
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Able to work on your feet throughout the day
- Works well as part of a team
- Valid G driver's licence is an asset
- Experience in construction, landscaping, moving, trades, or event setup is an advantage—but we're happy to train the right person.

Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding work

- Reliable transportation to our yard
