The Role
As our Head of Growth & AI Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for building and managing the marketing engine across multiple companies.
Your job is not to personally create every social media post, advertisement, or blog article.
Your job is to design systems that produce consistent marketing output using AI, automation, contractors, and data.
You'll work directly with the CEO to develop growth strategies and then build repeatable processes that execute those strategies with minimal manual effort.

- Track deliverables and priorities
Digital Marketing

Analytics & Reporting
Build executive dashboards that answer:

Present weekly and monthly reports with clear recommendations.
Automation
Design systems that automatically:
- Generate reports
- Publish content
- Schedule campaigns
- Update CRM records
- Trigger email sequences
- Assign tasks
- Monitor marketing performance
- Notify the team when KPIs fall outside target ranges
Vendor & Contractor Management
Since we won't have a large internal marketing department, you'll coordinate external resources, including:
- Designers
- Copywriters
- Video editors
- SEO specialists
- PPC specialists
- Developers
- Freelancers
- Agencies
You'll ensure everyone is working toward the same goals while maintaining consistent quality and timelines.
Success Looks Like
Within your first year, you will:
- Build a scalable AI-powered marketing operating system.
- Reduce repetitive manual marketing work through automation.
- Create executive dashboards with real-time performance metrics.
- Increase qualified leads across our businesses.
- Build repeatable marketing playbooks that can be reused across brands.
- Establish standard operating procedures for every major marketing process.
- Implement AI agents that meaningfully increase productivity.
- Enable the CEO to focus on strategy while marketing execution runs smoothly.
