COMPANY OVERVIEW
We are a family run licensed travel wholesaler and travel agent designated by TICO (Travel Industry Council of Ontario) established in 1975. We are the Official Package Partners of both the Shaw Festival and Stratford Festival. We are an established inbound operator with clients primarily from the United States and Canada. Our main points of interest include Niagara, Stratford, Toronto, Montreal, Muskoka, Belleville and Quebec City.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Group Sales Coordinator, your primary functions would include facilitating communications with clients, answering the phone and emails, revising rooming lists, preparing travel documents and communicating with our tour guides. This position would also include sales generated from phone and email inquiries.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to work in a small office environment
- Intermediate skill level in All Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook are most prominently used)
- Preparing and revising rooming lists
- Preparing travel documents and possibly reconfirmation reports
- Leadership qualities, creativity and initiative-driven
- All shifts would be in the office
PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED
- Experience with Sabre or Apollo or similar MS-DOS software
- Experience and knowledge of the tourist industry particularly in the Niagara Region
- General knowledge of the areas that we handle (Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Toronto, Ottawa, Stratford Festival, Belleville Shaw Festival, Muskoka, Montreal and Quebec City)

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: From $19.75 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 37.5 per week
