Job Overview
As a new pharmacy, we're building our team and culture from the ground up. We're looking for a compassionate pharmacist who genuinely cares about patients, is willing to take accountability and ownership of their work, and wants to make a real impact in the community. There is plenty of scope to grow and learn as the pharmacy grows.
Duties
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently, with attention to safety checks and drug interactions
- Provide patient counseling on new and renewed medications
- Perform pharmacist prescribing services (initiation, renewal, emergency supply, minor ailments) within scope of practice
- Administer injections/immunizations as required Supervise and support pharmacy assistants and technicians
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
- Collaborate with local physicians and other healthcare providers on patient care
Experience
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP)
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer service to patients — required
- Additional prescribing authorization an asset
- Experience with pharmacy software (e.g. Kroll) an asset
- Flexibility to work part-time shifts, including some weekends, as scheduled

Pay: $60.00-$65.00 per hour
