Five Star Building Services is hiring a full-time (Monday to Friday) Lead Hand Cleaner
The position will be based in Coquitlam, BC.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean building common areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, gym, pool areas, saunas, amenity rooms, and lounges, etc.
- Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum as required by strata or management.
- Maintain good housekeeping and general tidiness.
- Sanitize all high traffic touchpoints to ensure the health of all residents and staff
- Manage a team of Cleaners and maintain daily team operations
You Have:
- Previous residential/ strata cleaning experience an asset but not required.
- Customer service-oriented.
- Excellent work habits and organization skills.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Good understanding of English.
