Summary
We are seeking dedicated Roofer and Laborer (both genders) to join our team in <Ottawa>. This role is vital in performing and supporting our Roofing Rejuvenation projects by performing essential tasks on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Assist withroof rejuvenation spray application and repair tasks, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
- Support various activities including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup.
- Operate Spray gun, Ladders, Hoses and small engine generator, safely and efficiently.
- Read and follow instructions accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards immediately
- Qualifications
- MUST HAVE a drivers license
- MUST HAVE INSURANCE
- MUST HAVE W.A.H.
- MUST HAVE min 2 years experience on a roof
- Proven experience with general shingle roof construction work.
- Ability to read technical drawings is preferred.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Safety training or certification is an asset.
- Good physical condition with the ability to perform manual labor.
- Prior experience in roofing is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
