Summary
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to assist & manage our sales team and increase our sales Nationally. You will join our team in Vancouver, BC. and play vital role in expanding our customer base and strengthening our relationship with key national lumberyards.
Responsibilities
- This is a Full Time "in office job"
- Extensive Travel required
- Salary commensurate with the experience.
- State expected salary
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify opportunities for growth within the market.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage sales pipelines and forecast future sales.
- Represent our company at industry events and trade shows.
- Provide feedback from clients to help improve products and services.
- Manage and supervise outside sales staff
- Qualifications
- Must have at least 10 years experience in Sales & Marketing, 5 years of senior commercial leadership experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Must have strong understanding of the building supply industry in building disciplined sales organisation, pipeline management and performance management
- Experience integrating, managing and marketing, CRM software and MS Office suite.
· Extensive Travel is required.
