MAXX Cycle is looking for the right person to join our team.
We are a busy Harley-Davidson performance, parts, and service shop specializing in custom motorcycles, upgrades, repairs, and aftermarket parts. We’re looking for someone reliable, motivated, and experienced to work our front counter and help keep our operation running smoothly.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answering phones and assisting customers
- Helping customers with Harley-Davidson parts and accessories
- Booking service appointments
- Assisting with motorcycle sales and customer inquiries
- Working with computer systems and invoicing
- Coordinating with technicians and shop staff
- Providing excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
What We’re Looking For:
- Harley-Davidson knowledge and experience is strongly preferred
- Experience in a motorcycle shop, parts department, or service counter is a major asset
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers, invoicing systems, and phones
- Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with the company
