Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in managing day-to-day accounting and financial administrative tasks.
Duties
- Assist with AR and AP processing (Date entry, payments, and Customer collections) efficiently using QuickBooks Desktop
- Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, ledger maintenance, and transaction recording
- Assist with expense report processing and payroll data preparation
- Assist with tax report and compliance
- Assist with document archiving and organization
- Support the maintenance of the lease and financing documents
- Support the monthly financial reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve accounting processes and maintain compliance with company policies
Experience
- Proven experience as an Accounting Coordinator, Bookkeeper, or similar role
- Proficiency in AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and credit card reconciliations
- Experience with payroll data preparation, expense reports, and month-end procedures
- Familiarity with tax report and compliance
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping, document management, and financial reporting
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Proficiency in Mandarin is an asset
Pay: From $26.00 per hour
