KGO Group is looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and technically inclined individual who wants more than a routine desk role.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong interest in sales, technical equipment, customer support, and long-term growth into outside technical sales.
The role will begin inside. The successful candidate will learn KGO’s products, customers, suppliers, and applications while supporting quotations, customer inquiries, pump selection, and small pump system opportunities. As experience develops, the role is expected to grow into outside technical sales.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
- Prepare quotations for pumps, parts, small pump systems, and related equipment
- Follow up on quotations and sales opportunities
- Communicate with suppliers for pricing, delivery, and technical information
- Assist with pump selection and basic application review
- Review customer requirements such as flow rate, pressure, materials, and process conditions
- Support customer order review and basic project handoff
- Maintain customer and opportunity information in CRM or internal tracking systems
- Assist in developing repeat business with existing customers
- Participate in customer visits, supplier meetings, and trade shows as experience develops
Desired Qualifications
The ideal candidate may have experience or education in one or more of the following:
- Mechanical, chemical, or process engineering technology
- Pumps and fluid handling equipment
- Mechanical or process equipment
- Chemical feed systems
- Water and wastewater
- Mining or industrial processes
- Technical sales
- Inside sales or customer support
Experience is beneficial, but not mandatory. We are willing to train the right person.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
