Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the office team
- Assist with marketing efforts and promotional materials
- Manage client interactions and communications
- Prepare auction materials, including catalogs and listings
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
- Ensure smooth execution of auction processes
- Manage and update online auction platforms
- Facilitate bidding activity and monitor auction progress
- Conduct outreach to potential dealerships and consignors to generate new business
- Maintain relationships with existing dealer clients and support their auction needs
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales support, executive assistance, and/or customer service required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work evenings during auctions as needed
- Knowledge of the auction industry is a plus
