SeeMoreGreen Landscaping is actively hiring Truck Drivers and Equipment Operators for winter snow removal, with opportunities to transition into the upcoming spring and summer landscaping season. This is a great opportunity for skilled individuals seeking ongoing seasonal or long-term employment.
We are currently seeking Truck Drivers with valid 1A license or 3A licenses with G Endorsement.
Positions are available in Saskatoon.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Truck Drivers:
- Safely operate tandem trucks, dump trailers, or single axle trucks for hauling snow or landscaping materials.
- Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain clean and safe equipment.
- Haul snow during nighttime hours in winter.
- Assist with landscaping material deliveries in the fall transition.
Sanding Truck Operators:
- Safely operate sanding/salting trucks during snow and ice events
- Apply sand or salt according to site requirements, following safe work procedures
- Complete route logs, material usage records, and other reporting as needed
- Flexible hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, and on-call shifts
Equipment Operators:
- Operate skid steers, loaders, mini-excavators, tractors, or other landscape/construction machinery.
- Perform snow clearing and site clean-up at residential or commercial properties.
- Assist in final landscape construction or maintenance projects until the winter season begins.
- Pre- and post-operation equipment checks and light maintenance.
Requirements:
- Valid 1A or 3A license with G Endorsement (Truck Drivers).
- Previous snow removal or landscaping experience is an asset.
- Strong understanding of safe work procedures and equipment use.
- Availability for flexible hours including evenings, nights, weekends, and on-call shifts (especially in winter).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Physically fit and able to work in cold, wet, and variable conditions.
