Exterior Painters wanted — immediate start.
Rock Bound Painting has a full slate of exterior projects to finish this season, and we need experienced exterior painters who can hit the ground running. For the right people, this can turn into long-term, year-round employment as we move into our interior repaint season.
What You'll Do
- Paint exterior residential and commercial projects (brush, roll, spray)
- Prep surfaces properly: washing, scraping, sanding, priming, caulking
- Work safely at heights (ladders and lifts)
- Keep work on schedule and quality on point
- Communicate clearly with your crew lead and clients
Who You Are
- Experienced with exterior painting (required)
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic and good energy
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Takes pride in quality work
- Long-term focused is a big plus — we're growing and promote from within
Pay
- Employees: $20-28/hr based on experience, paid weekly
- Subcontractors also welcome — rates negotiated per job or hourly
