About the Role
We are seeking motivated and experienced Merchandisers to join our growing team. This is a full-time position and candidates must be available to work full-time hours. Previous merchandising experience is required.
As a Merchandiser, you will play a key role in maintaining attractive product displays, supporting sales growth, managing inventory, and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Arrange merchandise in an organized, attractive, and visually appealing manner
- Create and maintain effective product displays that drive customer engagement and sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement merchandising strategies
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock requirements to the purchasing department
- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases while providing exceptional customer service
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
- Identify opportunities to improve product presentation and merchandising effectiveness
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
- Ensure compliance with company merchandising standards and policies
Requirements
- Previous merchandising experience is mandatory
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to influence purchasing decisions
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high visual standards
- Reliable, professional, and dependable
- Ability to lift items upto 50 lbs
Pay: $17.60-$18.60 per hour
