Clean My Home is seeking experienced, detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Technicians to join our team. This is a casual, on-call position designed to support our operations when regular team members are on vacation or out sick. This position has the potential to lead to part-time and then full-time hours as the company continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform top-tier residential cleaning services following established protocols.
- Execute comprehensive Move-In / Move-Out cleans, ensuring homes meet strict turnover standards.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail on every shift.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of professional residential cleaning experience is strictly required.
- Specialized Skill: Proven experience executing detailed Move-In/Move-Out cleans (deep cleaning of appliances, baseboards, etc).
- Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to travel to client locations within our service area.
- Availability: Flexible and responsive; ideal for individuals looking for casual, supplemental income who can step in when regular staff are away.
- Mindset: A strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a sharp eye for the details that make a house feel truly clean.
