Job Type: Temporary/Casual/On-Call
Dress Code: Black professional pants, black comfortable shoes, baseball cap, hair tied back. A uniform jacket will be provided.
Pay Rate: $23.00-$28.00/hr dependent on position occupied
We are looking for staff with relevant experience and great communication skills.
You must be able to fulfill the following requirements:
- Must have at least one year of experience as a Chef, Second Cook/Sous Chef, Line Cook, and/or working in a professional kitchen environment.
- Assesses and ensures quality of finished product prior to serving
- Greets, interacts and serves guests
- Maintains a fundamental working knowledge of allergens, ingredients and substitutions to address allergy concerns.
- Maintains high standards of sanitation and safety, ensuring work is performed in compliance with Foodsafe, client's safety guidelines. Maintains adherence to the client's dress code.
- Cleans kitchen and kitchen equipment
- Carries out any other related duties as required in keeping with the qualifications and requirements of positions in this classification
