Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Servers for Breakfast, Lunch and Diner as well as Experienced Bartenders to join our dynamic restaurant team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest experiences through excellent customer service, food handling, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous service
- Take orders accurately using POS systems such as TOAST
- Handle cash transactions and perform cashiering duties with attention to detail and basic math skills
- Assist with food preparation, serving, and ensuring food safety standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, counters, and service stations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Support kitchen staff with food handling and sanitation procedures as needed
- Provide guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Toast, is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations
- Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Experience in food handling, serving, or hospitality industry advantageous
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with guests and staff
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and evenings if needed
