Client Services Representative (Temporary Summer Student Contract)
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated student to join our team as a Client Services Representative on a temporary summer basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a student interested in gaining hands-on experience in customer relationship management, account management, and project coordination within a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will support client interactions during our campaign to promote our Digital Wallet Cards, and contribute to the overall client experience, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
Duties
- Contact existing clients by telephone via a calling list
- Confirm whether clients have received their NAL Digital Wallet Card text message
- Explain the purpose and benefits of the digital wallet card & encourage them to follow the outlined steps
- Track client communications, text messages, and feedback
- Provide professional customer service by phone and email
- Direct client inquiries to the appropriate department
- Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned
Skills
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and an in-house portal system
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service or account management is an asset but not required; training will be provided.

Pay: $16.60-$17.60 per hour
