Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $30-$40/hour (based on experience and skill)

Key Responsibilities
Renovation Technicians perform a wide range of renovation and remodeling tasks. Daily responsibilities vary by project, but core duties include:
Site & Project Work
- Assess work sites and determine scope of renovation tasks
- Communicate with the Project Manager and team members
- Follow all applicable building codes, safety standards, and company procedures
Carpentry & Construction
- General carpentry, including framing, hanging doors, and installing cabinets
- Install and repair drywall (hang, mud, and tape)
- Perform finish work including trim, molding, and detail work
Plumbing & Electrical (Non-licensed tasks)
- Replace plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and faucets
- Replace light fixtures and ceiling fans
Flooring & Tile
- Install flooring (tile, laminate, hardwood, vinyl, etc.)
- Lay tile on floors and walls, including grouting and repairs
Repairs & Maintenance
- Repair existing elements where possible
- Complete punch-list and touch-up items
Job Site Care
- Maintain a clean and organized job site during and after projects
Tools & Equipment
- You must have your own small hand tools and small power tools
- 1364 Services provides larger and specialty tools
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to travel between job sites
- Smartphone required to access company apps, job chats, schedules, and documents
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED
- General knowledge of construction and renovation practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
Training & Experience
- Previous renovation or construction experience is an asset
- Technicians with existing skills will progress through training more quickly
- Training is provided under the guidance of senior team members and project leadership
