Join the Team: Delivery Manager (Ottawa, ON)
At Canadian Spa Company, we’ve spent 45+ years perfecting hot tub delivery and service. We care for our customers’ hot tubs like our own—and we’re looking for a hands-on Delivery Manager in Ottawa who shares that same standard of excellence.
What You’ll Do
You’ll run our Ottawa delivery operations from end to end. Half leader, half coordinator, and always ready to step in when duty calls.
- Lead & Dispatch: Manage daily crew schedules, routes, and performance to ensure on-time, safe deliveries.
- Be the Point of Contact: Keep communication clear between customers, dealers, vendors, and drivers. Resolve issues before they become problems.
- Get Hands-On: Assist crews with heavy deliveries, installations, forklift operation, and warehouse management whenever necessary.
- Fleet Care: Keep our vehicles, trailers, and equipment safe, clean, and well-maintained.
What We’re Looking For
- Logistics Experience: Background in dispatching, delivery operations, or transportation management.
- Driving & Equipment: Clean driver’s abstract, experience pulling trailers with pickup trucks, and an active Forklift Certification.
- Physical Capability: Willing and able to lift and assist with heavy deliveries.
- Customer-First Mindset: Outstanding communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
