A Healthcare Clinic is looking for a Full Time Clinic Coordinator to join our team. We offer chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage services and other paramedical services.
There could be possible evening and weekend shifts.
Compensation: Depends on experience
MUST HAVE PREVIOUS Administration/Receptionist or Office Manager experience at a rehab clinic.
Duties will include:
- Administrative Duties
- Social Media Marketing such as Instagram and Facebook
- Organizing the hosting of health presentations in the clinic
- Update the blog posts, sandwich board and front window ads
- Building and maintaining the local referral network
- Building and maintaining the local retailer/businesses network
- Building and maintaining the gym member referral network
- Preparing the monthly news letter.
- Maintain a database on all marketing contacts and promotional programs
- HCAI (MVA), WSIB, EHC Billing
- Telus and other Insurance Platform Billing
Skill set should include:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A team player with a strong willingness to learn
- Strong computer skills: MS Office Suite, Internet and E-mail interfaces
- Proficiency in: Excel, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $44,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
