Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Journeyman/woman Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems across various projects. Your expertise will ensure that all work complies with safety standards and technical specifications, contributing to the success of our electrical services.
Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute electrical installations and repairs.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in residential, agricultural, and industrial settings using hand tools and power tools.
- Work with low voltage systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and control wiring for automation projects.
- Conduct renovation projects by upgrading or replacing existing electrical infrastructure while adhering to safety protocols.
- Diagnose electrical issues through systematic troubleshooting and resolve problems efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high quality standards.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems to ensure ongoing safety and functionality.
Experience
- Proven experience as a licensed Journeyman/woman Electrician with a strong background in industrial or construction environments.
- Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately.
- Hands-on experience working with hand tools, power tools, and low voltage wiring systems.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and automation controls is highly desirable.
- Experience in renovation projects or handyman work involving electrical systems is an asset.
- Knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices for industrial electrician work.

Pay: $35.00-$42.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
