Overview
We are looking for a professional and personable Medical Office Assistant (MOA) to join the front desk team at ANTI-AGING MEDICAL AND LASER CLINIC. In this role, you are the first point of contact for our patients, balancing high-end customer service with essential clinical administration. We value a "patient-first" mindset and are looking for someone who can maintain a calm, welcoming atmosphere in a busy medical-aesthetic environment.
Schedule & Hours
Our clinic operates 7 days a week to best serve our clients. This is a full-time position requiring 5 days per week (4 weekdays and 1 weekend day).
- Shift Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to all patients and visitors.
- Manage the full patient journey, from check-in and registration to treatment consents and check-out.
- Coordinate complex scheduling for our medical and laser practitioners to ensure a smooth daily flow.
- Maintain accurate Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and handle sensitive patient data with total confidentiality.
- Process payments for treatments and retail skincare products.
- Manage high-volume phone and email inquiries with clarity and clinical knowledge.
- Keep the reception and retail areas pristine and organized.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Medical Office Assistant or in a high-end customer service role is preferred.
- Must be available to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
- Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional presentation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic.
- Comfortable using EMR software and Microsoft Office.
- A genuine interest in the medical-aesthetic industry and a commitment to patient care.
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive in supporting the wider clinical team.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
