Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator or Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stone fabrication and installation processes, including cutting, polishing, and the use of various power tools. As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for safely cutting and polishing stone slabs according to specifications, ensuring high-quality standards are met. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to read blueprints accurately.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and understand blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
- Utilize polishing techniques to finish Stone countertops.
- Operate power tools and machinery, including grinders and saws, to shape and cut materials as needed.
- Safely lift, move, and store stone slabs.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products using tape measure and other measuring tools to ensure precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety regulations and best practices in fabrication.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve fabrication processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in stone fabrication, installation, tile work, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various power tools effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
- Experience with tape measure, squares, levels.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Experience:
- Stone, Tile, or Similar work: 1 year (preferred)
