About Elite Trimworks
Elite Trimworks has been designing and manufacturing premium architectural millwork products since 2005. Based in Woodbridge, Ontario, we proudly serve contractors, builders, designers, and homeowners throughout Canada and the United States. Our product line includes architectural columns, PVC trim, mouldings, decorative wall panels, beams, wainscoting, and custom millwork solutions. Responsibilities
- Measure, mark, cut, and assemble materials according to drawings and specifications
- Operate woodworking machinery, hand tools, chop saws, and finishing equipment safely and accurately
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and production work orders
- Assemble millwork components using glue, fasteners, clamps, and finishing techniques
- Sand, finish, and prepare surfaces to meet quality standards
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and consistency before packaging
- Package finished products for inventory or shipment according to company standards
- Support production flow by managing assigned online and internal work orders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OHSA regulations
- Collaborate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely order completion
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in trim carpentry, millwork, or cabinet making
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or shop sketches
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Experience using woodworking machinery and hand tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
- Forklift license and woodworking certification is considered an asset

This is a structured production environment with clear processes and expectations. Work is reviewed for accuracy and quality. Safety and employee well-being are a priority, and proper PPE is required at all times.
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
