1. Full-Time Baker

- Start Time: 6:30 AM
- Schedule: Full-time
- Availability: Monday - Saturday
- Must be available Saturdays
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and bake a wide range of products, including bread, buns, muffins, cookies, pies, cakes, and specialty items from scratch
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and production schedules
- Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens etc.
- Ensure baked goods meet quality and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including work surfaces and equipment
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering ingredients and supplies
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Collaborate with the team to develop new products or seasonal offerings
- Assist in packaging, labeling, and displaying baked goods for sale
- Follow daily production plans and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Working efficiently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well with a team
Qualifications:
- Experience in baking / working in a kitchen
- Knowledge of baking techniques and understanding of ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes and production processes
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Physical Requirements:
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs (bags of flour, trays, etc.)
- Comfortable working in a warm, busy kitchen environment
