Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Drum Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in music education and a love for teaching children. This role involves creating an engaging learning environment where students can explore their musical talents and develop a lifelong appreciation for music. The teacher will work with students of various ages, from age 5 to adult and fostering their creativity through music.
Responsibilities
- Maintain classroom management to ensure a safe and productive learning atmosphere.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.
Requirements
- Proven experience with children, is essential.
- A background in early childhood education is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong musical skills with proficiency in drum.
- Experience in tutoring or providing individualized instruction is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A passion for educating young minds through music and the ability to inspire creativity in students.
