Position Summary
Nerva Energy is seeking a dependable and organized person to make a great first impression at our receptionist desk, and assist various departments across the company in a full-time role. This role provides exposure to administrative processes, financial documentation, event coordination support, and daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Cover the front desk to greet visitors and accept deliveries
- Ordering office supplies and monitoring inventory levels
- Ensuring coffee stations and common areas are stocked, clean, and organized
- Assisting with company events, including food, guests, signage, set-up, and take-down
- Filing and organizing financial and company documents
- Updating and maintaining company records
- Data entry and verification of information
- Supporting cross-departmental administrative needs as required
Qualifications
- Previous education in a course such as Business Administration, Accounting, Office Administration or related course.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Docs, Gmail
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Professional, reliable, and willing to assist wherever needed
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
