Market Operations Lead
About Solve Energy: Solar is one of the fastest-growing industries in Canada, and we are building the company that leads it. Solve Energy installs residential solar systems across Western Canada, and we are expanding market by market with a clear plan and a team that executes. This is an early enough stage that the people who join now will shape how we grow, and a big enough opportunity that the upside is real. If you want to be part of building something that matters, we want to hear from you.
The Role: We are looking for a Market Operations Lead to manage our local installation teams. Operating out of your assigned market, you will oversee the local installation calendar, manage the crews, coordinate logistics before the installation date, and oversee the physical execution on the day of the job. You are the critical link between the fully prepared project plans created at our headquarters and the final product on the customer's roof.
What You Will Own
- The local installation calendar and the scheduling of all field crews.
- Managing pre-installation logistics and verifying that electrical permits are pulled.
- Overseeing physical execution on installation day and reporting any field delays immediately.
- Verifying that all operational checklists are completed and the solar systems are fully commissioned and tested.
- Ensuring that crew timecards are properly entered.
What You Won't Do
- You will not manage the customer relationship. Our headquarters team handles all customer communication.
Who You Are
- A strong leader who can manage installation crews and subcontractors effectively.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle logistics under pressure.
- You prioritize passing quality assurance checks on the first attempt with zero rework.
