Warehouse Associate (Shipping & Receiving) – Full-Time
Location: Mississauga, ON
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts ( 8Am to 5 PM)

About the Role
We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team. This position involves order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory handling, and maintaining an organized warehouse. Key Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately according to packing slips.
- Pack products securely for shipment.
- Prepare orders for shipping using shipping labels and documentation.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities.
- Organize inventory and place products in designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory counts.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment (training provided if required).
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
- Work closely with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic English communication skills.
