Job Purpose
Sagebrush Golf Club is not just a golf course—it is an experience. From the breathtaking fairways to The Ranch House, The Hideout, and our premier Golf Lounge, we deliver world-class golf and hospitality to our guests.
A huge part of that experience begins before a guest even steps onto the first tee. Our Guest Service Professionals are the frontline ambassadors who set the tone, providing exceptional service from equipment drop to the 18th green.
The Guest Service Professional plays a crucial role in the guest experience at Sagebrush Golf Club. This role is all about hospitality, organization, and efficiency, ensuring that every guest has everything they need for a seamless and spectacular round.
o Greet guests with energy and professionalism and assist with bag drop and club handling.
o Prepare, maintain, and organize golf carts for a pristine and efficient operation.
o Assist golfers before and after their round, ensuring an effortless transition on and off the course.
o Provide course information, directions, and assistance, making every guest feel like a VIP.
o Be an integral part of the golf operations team, ensuring everything runs smoothly from dawn to dusk.
This is a hands-on, active, and guest-facing role that requires a friendly personality, attention to detail, and a passion for service.
Duties and Responsibilities
Guest Services & Golf Experience
- Warmly greet all guests, creating a welcoming first impression.
- Assist with equipment drop and club transportation, ensuring clubs are handled with care.
- Efficiently get all cart waiver forms signed before guest leave the bag drop area.
- As a First Tee Host on certain shifts, providing an efficient but detailed introduction to Sagebrush to provide guests with all pertinent information.
- Across the entirety of Sagebrush, offer information about the course, facilities, and amenities, answering any guest inquiries.
- Welcome back all guests on the 18th green encouraging them to spend additional time and money at Sagebrush.
- Maintain an elevated level of professionalism and service, aiding with enthusiasm and efficiency.
Golf Cart & Equipment Management
- Stage, clean, and prepare golf carts before each round, ensuring they are fully stocked and in top condition.
- Inspect carts for cleanliness and functionality, reporting any issues immediately.
- Manage golf cart return and storage, ensuring an organized and seamless transition from the course.
- Maintain a clean and organized cart storage area.
Warm Up Area
- Maintain and organize the practice areas and hitting nets.
- Assist with setting up event signage, and other on-course needs as required.
Operations & Team Support
- Work closely with the Golf Lounge, Golf Professionals, and peers to keep tee times running smoothly.
- Monitor the flow of play and assist with pace-of-play initiatives as needed.
- Support special events and tournaments by assisting with setup, breakdown, and guest coordination.
- Be proactive in identifying and solving guest concerns or course-related issues before they arise.

Qualifications
· Previous experience in golf operations, hospitality, retail, or customer service is preferred.
· Familiarity with golf course operations and club services is helpful but not required—we will train you!
· Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Working Conditions
● Flexibility on working evenings, weekends and holidays as required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
