Our Service client located in Surrey is recruiting for a Business Development Manager.
They are a leading provider of temporary climate control and remote monitoring for construction and industrial projects.
Responsibilities
· Make Sales calls to existing and potential clients
· Attend Trade Shows on behalf of the company
· Assist with marketing strategies and development of marketing materials
· Manage territory sales and expense budgets to maintain profitability
· Assist with management of the projects- being ready and available to answer questions at anytime
· Ensure the customer is within their budget for services that our client offers
· Keep Sales pipeline full
Requirements
· Three years of B2B sales (preference will be given to candidates with construction or industrial services experience).
· A hunting and motivated attitude towards closing sales
· Work well independently
· Strong organizational, negating, relationship and presentation skills
· Ability to plan and execute Sales activities in CRM.
· Travel occasionally on short notice
· Must be able to provide occasional assistance with job-site activites.
Pay: $70,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
