The Industrial Cleaner is a key member who will help ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and support efficient operations by keeping facilities clean and organized. Industrial Cleaners are responsible for safely maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment in the brewery.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize industrial facilities, warehouses, manufacturing plants, and production areas.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, pressure washers, vacuums, and cleaning machines.
- Remove debris, dust, grease, and waste materials from work areas, machinery, and equipment.
- Empty garbage bins and dispose of waste according to company and environmental regulations.
- Perform routine cleaning of floors, walls, ceilings, vents, and windows.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and hazardous materials.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, and supply shortages to supervisors.
- Wear and maintain required personal protective equipment (PPE) while completing assigned tasks.
- Assist with special cleaning projects, shutdowns, and emergency spill response as required.
- Maintain accurate records of completed cleaning activities and inspections.
Skills & Experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Mechanical background is considered an asset
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, when required
- Able to stand for 8-10 hours per day
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
