Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring a smooth operation in our establishment. As a member of the Front of House team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout their dining experience.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Manage cashiering duties, including cash handling and processing transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Assist with food service tasks, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing customer inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front area, including dining spaces and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests from customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest needs promptly and professionally.
- Support bartending duties as needed, including preparing drinks and managing bar inventory.
- Utilize basic math skills to handle cash transactions effectively.
Experience
- MUST have previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cashiering, cash handling, and POS systems is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- A passion for food service and a willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
