Junior Marketing Manager
Motivation Monday Marketing is looking for a motivated, organized and digitally savvy Junior Marketing Manager to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who understands digital marketing fundamentals, enjoys seeing how all the pieces of a marketing strategy work together, and wants hands-on experience across client management, reporting, CRM, websites, advertising and campaign execution.
You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager, taking direction and helping move client strategies from planning into execution.

- Help identify outstanding client needs, opportunities and potential issues.
Marketing Reporting & Analysis

- Test forms, notifications, automations and lead-routing processes.
- Maintain clean and accurate CRM data.
- Help troubleshoot the customer journey from initial lead through follow-up and conversion.
Marketing Strategy

- Conduct competitor, customer and market research.
- Research campaign ideas, audiences, messaging and growth opportunities.

- Bring forward ideas and recommendations based on research and performance data.
Website & Digital Audits
- Conduct website audits to identify opportunities and potential issues.
- Review websites for user experience, messaging, calls-to-action and conversion opportunities.
- Test forms, links, mobile responsiveness and basic functionality.

- Review websites from both a marketing and customer perspective.
- Create organized audit findings and recommended action lists for the Marketing Manager and development team.
Campaign & Creative Coordination
- Help develop creative briefs and asset lists for designers, developers, video editors and advertising specialists.
- Coordinate the collection of client assets, copy, photography and campaign information.
- Proofread marketing materials before they are presented to clients or launched.
- Assist with quality assurance across websites, landing pages, advertisements and email campaigns.
- Ensure approved messaging and branding are carried consistently across channels.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to know everything. We’re looking for someone who is curious, resourceful, organized and eager to learn.
The right person will:
- Have a foundational understanding of digital marketing.
- Be highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be comfortable working with data and marketing reports.
- Understand the basics of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, websites and CRM.

- Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow them through to completion.

Experience with GoHighLevel, AgencyAnalytics, WordPress, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, ClickUp or similar platforms would be considered an asset.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means our Marketing Manager can confidently delegate client work to you knowing it will be organized, researched, checked and moved forward.
In the beginning, this role will be highly collaborative and execution-focused. Over time, we want this person to develop a deeper understanding of our clients and become capable of independently identifying opportunities, making recommendations and taking on greater responsibility for client accounts.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in digital marketing and gain hands-on experience across virtually every component of a modern marketing agency.
