Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers and visitors, manage administrative tasks efficiently, and support the smooth operation of the front desk. This role requires excellent communication skills, detail orientated and organized. The Receptionist/Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining accurate office operations.
Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Manage multi-line phone systems
- Assist with parts sales, processing payments and billing inquiries
- Maintain organized front desk area and ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently
- Support office staff with administrative duties as needed, including document preparation and filing
Experience
- Prior experience as a Receptionist, Office Administrator preferred
- Office experience involving front desk responsibilities, multi-line phone systems, and administrative tasks necessary
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
