We are seeking a Project coordinator to support healthcare IM/IT initiatives through documentation, governance support, meeting coordination, reporting, schedule management, and project administration.
Your future duties and responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day activities for healthcare IM/IT projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverables
- Schedule and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes and action items
- Maintain and update project documentation, including plans, status reports, and governance materials using Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
- Support project governance processes, including reporting, approvals, and tracking decisions
- Manage and track project schedules, milestones, and dependencies using tools such as Microsoft Project and JIRA
- Monitor project progress and escalate risks, issues, and delays as needed
- Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure effective communication
- Support reporting activities, including dashboards and status updates for leadership
- Utilize JIRA for issue tracking, backlog coordination, and workflow management
- Assist with change management, project administration, and continuous improvement activities
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Health-related post-secondary education or equivalent CIS/healthcare project experience
- 2+ years of project coordination or project support experience
- Experience supporting governance processes, documentation, reporting, and meeting coordination
- 2+ years of schedule management experience
- Strong Microsoft 365 and JIRA skills
- Bilingual English/French preferred
- Project management training or certification preferred
CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $50,000–$100,000. This role is a future opportunity.
